Developmental Editing: 

This type of editing works best on a completed draft of a manuscript because it looks at how the parts relate to the whole. Developmental editing typically requires two readings and culminates in a detailed letter of approximately 20-25 pages, which serves as a guide to revising the manuscript.  We usually include some free copy editing as well. If you'd like to submit a partial manuscript, be sure to include an outline that show me where you're heading with your story.
